People in Niigata prefecture (February 1, 2013)

Niigata prefecture is clean land.

I visited Niigata prefecture to see biological impacts of Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant accident. Niigata prefecture is famous for ski and snowboard resort. I visit there to play snowboard every year.
In spite of the accident, foods and water of Niigata prefecture have no radioactive materials (http://www.mhlw.go.jp/english/topics/2011eq/level_jan21.html).
High mountains of the prefecture prevent radioactive materials from the site. So, it is known as clean land which has no contamination at all (http://www.pref.niigata.lg.jp/HTML_Top3/169/293/Ver2(en).pdf).
It seems that people in Niigata prefecture have no worry about the accidents because they have no biological impacts by the accident.
So, we can play snowboard or ski safely.

People in Niigata prefecture have no worry about the accidents because they have no contamination by it. Radioactive materials from the site couldn’t reach there. So People in Niigata prefecture are living without any concern about the accident.

I am continuing to visit various places in Japan to see the effects of the accident because I can see people as well as many creatures which are sensitive to radioactive materials from the environment. It is important to see their health for our safety.
