Japan is famous for the Matsuri Festival. It is originally religious ceremonies at the shrine where Japanese pray to God for health and peace. At the same time many Yatai (stands) are set up and various food and toys are sold. Everyone can enjoy eating food and playing games there. So I went to the Matsuri to see Yatai food.

However, the Japanese government set the limit at 100 Becquerels per kilogram of food. Actually, detected Cesium 134 or 137 from vegetables or water are very low or Zero in Tokyo. I think everyone in Japan eat safe food because of the food safety low.

Have you ever seen Mikoshi ?
Amazingly It looks like the Ark.
I suppose that Mikoshi may be originate from the Ark.

However the U.S. Government continues to recommend that U.S. citizens avoid travel to destinations within the 50-mile evacuation zone of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant. Tokyo is located out of 50-mile radius from the Nuclear Plant. It is safe to stay in Tokyo. And Japanese food is safe too. Try it !
